Car:

Melways reference 80 D7. Free public parking is available at the Centre Car Park on race days, enter via overpass on Princes Hwy – turn left (if travelling from city) onto the access road. Betfair Park is located on Princes Hwy in Springvale, about 20kms south east of the Melbourne CBD. It will take you approximately 30 minutes to get there along the Monash Freeway.

Train:

Sandown Park railway station is located close to the racecourse entrance gates. Trains depart regularly from Flinders Street station on the Cranbourne and Dandenong/Pakenham lines. Check timetables for trains stopping at Sandown Park. The Cranbourne and Dandenong/Pakenham trains take approximately 40 minutes from Flinders Street to Sandown Park station.

Bus:

Access to Betfair Park by bus is available from Chadstone Shopping Centre. From platform bay 6, take bus route 800 towards Dandenong. Get off at stop Corrigan Rd/Princes Hwy, Springvale and the racecourse is directly opposite. Travel time is around 45 minutes.

Taxi:

Patrons can be dropped off on Racecourse Drive, near the main gate on racedays. 

Upon exiting the racecourse, the taxi stand can be located out the front of the main gate on racedays.
